It’s curry time at Halesowen on Saturday...

This Saturday travel to the West Midlands to meet Halesowen Town in their final away match of the 2007/08 season. Halesowen (renowned for their superb curry and chips!) are currently in third place and guaranteed a play-off position, possibly against Chippenham, but will be keen to win to ensure home advantage and so we will be in for a tough game against the Yeltz, who are away to Mangotsfield in their other remaining match. They slipped up in their last home match, drawing 4-4 with Swindon Supermarine but they are unbeaten in 15 league matches and will have enjoyed a fortnight’s break from league action when they play us on Saturday. The team coach leaves The Hand at 11.00, and Bristol at 11.30 on Saturday if you wish to travel to the game and road directions can be found on our travel guide and the Halesowen website. We’ll bring you any team news as we receive it but with just 13 fit players at the club, the team will almost certainly pick itself!
