It’s up the M5 to Bromsgrove Rovers this Saturday
This Saturday Clevedon make the trip up to Bromsgrove and a fifth Southern League visit to our hosts at the Victoria Ground. It’s fair to say that Bromsgrove has never been a happy hunting ground for Clevedon in that, despite playing well on occasions, we’ve managed to lose on all our five visits. This season, Rovers are down below us in the table in 15th place after another season of inconsistency and, despite our lack of numbers, we have a great opportunity to break that losing streak at last. Rovers have won 4, drawn six and lost five at home this season but have still managed a tremendous average league gate of 425, so it should be a good atmosphere. Bromsgrove lost their last league match by a single goal at Tiverton last Saturday and their last home match ended in a 2-0 defeat against Corby Town, with whom we drew last weekend. We’ll bring you more news as the week progresses but if you wish to travel why not check out our travel guide or the Bromsgrove website.
